Exotic South East Asia on two wheels

  • Experience a cultural journey like no other
  • Fully vehicle supported and your bike is provided
  • Explore amazing Angkor Wat from the saddle
  • Cycle three countries in two weeks
  • Enjoy a homestay in the Mekong Delta

This incredible journey takes you from bustling Bangkok in Thailand down into Cambodia via the Angkor Wat Temple, and all the way into Saigon in Vietnam. Our cycling trips are all fully vehicle supported throughout meaning you aren't carrying your luggage and you can hop on board for a lift anytime you feel like resting those legs. Not only that, but your bike hire is included in the trip fare meaning you don't have to worry about bringing your own bike halfway around the world, or the extra cost of renting one either.

Your adventure through these exotic lands involves the pleasures of 'slowly, slowly' travel by bicycle on a mix of backroads, byways and dirt trails. Travelling by bike makes you really feel part of the scenery, so rather than just observing it you get to fully enjoy and appreciate your surroundings and feel the wind in your hair! We'll avoid the busy, main roads by travelling overland for a bit here and there, as we make this outstanding adventure possible for all of us who only get a regular two week holiday break from work at home.

Our daily cycling distances are relatively modest, the terrain mostly flat or undulating (there are no monster thigh-bursting ascents), and the riding is not of a technical nature either meaning it is within the capabilities of just about anyone who can ride a bike and with a reasonable level of fitness. Of course there is always the option of taking a rest for all or part of a ride on the support vehicle as well if you're in a more leisurely frame of mind - and likewise plenty of opportunity to push yourself if you want more. For now you'll need to use your imagination as to just how stimulating it is cycling through the fragrant rurality of Thailand, and seeing life in the paddy fields unfurl at a pace that allows you to take it all in.

In Cambodia being able to cycle around Angkor Wat is most definitely the best way to explore, and as for being able to cycle alongside the Mekong River Delta in Vietnam and then actually stay with the locals here too, well... it's an experience and delight you'll be able to dine out on for years.
